TEIDe brings together partners from different fields and countries, with the aim of turning scientific evidence on the role of physical exercise into practical tools for the prevention of cognitive decline and dementia.
Dialogue between scientific, clinical, operational, and interpersonal expertise is essential to address the project comprehensively and to develop solutions that are feasible and relevant across different care settings.
